These terms apply to your use of gumrail.com (the "site"), run by GumRail, a sole proprietorship operating as a web studio. By using the site you accept them. If you don't agree, please don't use the site.

Using the site

The site presents GumRail and its services. You may browse it, share links to it and contact us through it. You agree not to misuse it, for example by trying to break into it, overload it, scrape it in bulk or use it for anything unlawful.

Our services

Nothing on the site is an offer or a contract. Services are provided only under a separate proposal or agreement that sets out the scope, price and terms of the work.

The texts, illustrations, design, the GumRail name and logo, and the rest of the site's content belong to GumRail or are used with permission.
